Please search for “Phone manager” app which is installed in all of Hauai and honer phones.

Select “Battery” from the app

Please select “Close apps on screen lock” or “Protected Apps selection”

You will see all the apps installed, please select the app that you wish to run in the back ground when the screen is off.

Another solution, from the same app “Phone manager” select “Battery”

Select “The gear icon” on the right top corner

Disable “Close excessively power intensive apps.
