Your phone usually stops the apps from running in the background to save the battery. To solve this problem, please follow the below instructions.
Open the settings icon on your phone
Open “Apps”
Select the three dots menu
Select “Special cases”
Select “Save battery”
At the top of the page, make sure to select “All Apps”
Then make sure to untick or remove AlMosaly from this menu
